TERMS OF SERVICE: COACHING & ASTROLOGY SERVICES

Welcome. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before booking a consultation, purchasing a package, or engaging in services with Vera Cristini (“the Practitioner”, “Coach”, or “Astrologer”). By booking a session, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service & Disclaimers (The "Entertainment" Clause)

  • Astrology Disclaimer: All astrology readings, chart analyses, and insights provided are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Astrology is a tool for self-reflection; it does not predict the future with absolute certainty or dictate your free will.

  • Coaching Disclaimer: Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to support personal development, goal clarity, and accountability. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

  • Professional Boundaries: The Practitioner does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You agree that you will consult a licensed professional (doctor, lawyer, accountant, or therapist) for any specific medical, legal, or financial issues.

2. Client Responsibility & Autonomy

  • Personal Data Accuracy: For astrology services, you must provide your exact birth date, time, and location. The Practitioner is not responsible for inaccurate interpretations resulting from incorrect data provided by the client.

  • Absolute Autonomy: You retain full responsibility for your life choices, actions, and mental well-being. The Practitioner assumes no liability for any actions you take or decisions you make during or after the coaching relationship.

3. Payment, Logistics, & Packages

  • Submitting a message through our contact form is an invitation to discuss potential services; it does not constitute a binding offer, acceptance, or guarantee of service. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

  • Advance Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or prior to the scheduled session. Sessions will not be conducted until payment is cleared. [1, 2, 3]

  • Package Expiration: If you purchase a multi-session package, all sessions must be used within [e.g., 6 months / 12 months] of the purchase date. Unused sessions after this window are forfeited. [1, 2]

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed sessions, missed appointments, or change of mind regarding packages.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (The 24-Hour Rule)

  • Notice Period: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice (48 hours preferred) to reschedule or cancel a session.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show up to a scheduled video/phone call within 15 minutes of the start time, will result in immediate forfeiture of that session without a refund.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be charged the full rate.

5. Communication & Emotional Boundaries

  • Session Formats: Sessions take place strictly via [Zoom / Google Meet / Phone] and last exactly [e.g., 60 minutes].

  • Between-Session Contact: Email, text messaging, or Voxer communication between scheduled sessions is strictly restricted to administrative logistics (scheduling or quick updates) unless a specific between-session support package has been purchased. The Coach is not available for round-the-clock crisis management.

  • Conduct: Mutual respect is mandatory. The Practitioner reserves the right to terminate a session or the entire coaching relationship immediately, without a refund, if a client displays abusive, disrespectful, or threatening behavior.

6. Confidentiality

  • Privacy Assurance: All information shared during coaching and astrology sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent.

  • Legal Exceptions: Confidentiality is waived if the Practitioner has reason to believe there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by a court of law.
